There are no limitations. We can embroidery any animal portrait.
Maximum up to 3 pet-portrait can be embroidered on one product. We recommend that you limit to just 2, as it threaded embroidery and intricate work.
It can be done, but along with your pet’s pic, we are experts at pet-portrait though!
It will be nicer if you keep in mind the following while clicking your pet’s portrait photo! Don’t stress if you find it difficult, we check every picture you upload and will help you get it right. In case your pet’s picture doesn’t meet the standard requirements you will be notified after one hour from the time you place the order. We just request your co-operation to help us get the best result.
Ensure that your portrait photo is:
– A close up shot
– Clicked at eye level with your pet
– Captured in natural daylight and has no flash light
– Not blurr. Try to make your pet stay still
– Not partly cut, don’t let your pet’s ear/tongue go out of frame
– That’s it! We look forward to seeing a perfect pet picture.
The plain and clear, the better. But if it has a busy background, it’s still okay, we can ignore and just focus on the pet’s photo while designing the artwork.
We stitch the threads to get fine embroidery exactly as your pet’s photo. It’s made from scratch and shared with you to approve. Final touch and detailing is done once you approve the artwork.
As soon as you place the order our work begins because each product needs customization and detailing. Hence, if you wish to cancel or change an order, we request you to email us within 24 hours of your order being placed on info@thefurrstlove.com. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to cancel your order.
Yes you can. All customers get to preview their artwork and request any changes before printing. We’ll email you once your preview is ready.
It’s a bit difficult, as all requests are unique and need time and detailing. You can try and reach out to us but we don’t assure that we will include a background or an accessory or remove something from the artwork. If possible we shall definitely take up your request.
The final result will be same. We can add colours from our end as we mirror the photos you upload on our site.
Shipping & Payment
We take 24-48 business hours to process an order. Once the order is placed, after that within 5-6 days you will receive an email seeking approval on the artwork proof. Once you approve it, we will get the embroidery done on the wearable you chose and ship it out to you. You will informed over email once the order is shipped.

Orders within Europe would take nearly 4-6 weeks and outside of Europe it will take about 8-10 weeks.

Depending on what you ordered, your order may arrive in separate parcels. Although in most cases, all items will be packaged together.

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive the tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via Email/SMS or WhatsApp message.

Sometimes orders are returned to sender as nobody was home to sign for the parcel. Other reasons for returned to sender include an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. We’ll ship it back out to you free of charge. Don’t worry, you’ll get your order!

Returns/Refunds
Since all products available on The Furrst Love are custom-made, we won’t be able to offer returns or exchange.
For an order placed without a promo or discount code, we won’t be able to refund the difference.
If you happen to receive a damaged product, please email info@thefurrstlove.com as soon as possible with your order number, name and photos of the item’s condition. Once we approve, we will need the product back in its original packaging. We will collect it within 3-4 weeks and fix the product and then again deliver in next 3-4 weeks.
