Recommended care: Please hand wash the custom dog embroidered hat for the first time with cold water. You can machine wash it second time onwards, but it may lose some colour due to dye on the threads. So, don’t wash it with white-or light-colored clothes. Expect the hue of embroidered patch to fade slightly after a few washes with its charm staying intact!

We will send you the artwork proof via email within 2-3 weeks after you place the order. Don’t ignore your spam folder.

Please approve the artwork or request revisions within 7 days after you receive our mail. If we don’t hear back from you within 7 days, we shall consider it approved and send it to production.

– We charge €10 extra for more than 2 rounds of revisions
– If you change the photo altogether then we’ll charge €20
– The artwork is a replica of the photo you upload, so expect it to nothing more than that.
