Return and exchange rules:
Since all products available on thefurrstlove.com are custom-made, we won’t be able to offer returns or exchange.
Regarding refunds:
For an order placed without a promo or discount code, we won’t be able to refund the difference.
When and where to reach out to us:
If you happen to receive a damaged product, please email info@thefurrstlove.com as soon as possible with your order number, name and photos of the item’s condition. Once we approve, we will need the product back in its original packaging. We will collect it within 4-3 weeks and fix the product and then again deliver in next 3-4 weeks.
Cancellations:
As soon as you place the order our work begins because each product needs customization and detailing. Hence, if you wish to cancel or change an order, we request you to email us within 24 hours of your order being placed on info@thefurrstlove.com. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to cancel your order.
