2. Bring or Ship Your Item

Once your custom pet portrait patch is ready, we’ll notify you. You can drop your item at our studio or send it by courier — whichever’s more convenient for you.

3. Before You Bring It In

We treat every item with the same love and care you do. Please ensure your item is clean and in good condition before sending it.
We record the condition of each piece upon receipt to avoid confusion about pre-existing marks, stains, or wear. While we handle every item delicately, we can’t be responsible for prior damage.

4. We Embroider With Care

Your approved pet portrait patch is embossed and stitched by hand with precision and heart. Once it’s ready, we’ll notify you for pickup — or ship it to you for a small additional cost.
