Note: The color of the personalized embroidered bags may vary from the actual and the hue of the embroidery patch may slightly change after a wash.
Recommended care: Please handwash custom embroidered bags for the first time with cold water. You can machine wash it a second time onwards, but it may lose some color due to dye on the threads. So, don’t wash it with white-or light-colored clothes. Expect the hue of an embroidered patch to fade slightly after a few washes with its charm staying intact!
How and when will you receive your artwork proof?
We will send you the artwork proof via email within 2-3 weeks after you place the order. Don’t ignore your spam folder.

Please approve the artwork or request revisions within 7 days after you receive our mail. If we don’t hear back from you within 7 days, we shall consider it approved and send it to production.

– We charge €10 extra for more than 2 rounds of revisions
– If you change the photo altogether then we’ll charge €20
– The artwork is a replica of the photo you upload, so expect it to nothing more than that.
